DescriptionDirectory traversal vulnerability in modules/admincp.php in RoseOnlineCMS 3 B1 and earlier, when magic_quotes_gpc is disabled, allows remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files via directory traversal sequences in the admin parameter.
