DescriptionwolfSSL 4.1.0 has a one-byte heap-based buffer over-read in DecodeCertExtensions in wolfcrypt/src/asn.c because reading the ASN_BOOLEAN byte is mishandled for a crafted DER certificate in GetLength_ex.
