Description** DISPUTED ** LLVM a0dab4950 has a segmentation fault in mlir::outlineSingleBlockRegion. NOTE: third parties dispute this because the LLVM security policy excludes "Language front-ends ... for which a malicious input file can cause undesirable behavior."
