DescriptionIBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) for RedHat OpenShift is vulnerable to missing authentication on the Business Rules Manager commands REST endpoint (`CommandsResource.java:31`). A local actor can invoke unauthenticated commands to cause resource exhaustionand halt business-rule management functions.
