Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTPS to compromise Oracle REST Data Services. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle REST Data Services.
