rsync 'options.c' Security Bypass Vulnerability

rsync is prone to a security-bypass vulnerability.

Attackers can exploit this issue to bypass certain security restrictions to perform unauthorized actions. Given the nature of this issue, attackers may also be able to elevate privileges, but this has not been confirmed.

Versions prior to rsync 3.1.3 are vulnerable.
