ARM mbed TLS CVE-2018-0487 Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

ARM mbed TLS is prone to a remote code-execution vulnerability because it fails to adequately bounds-check user-supplied data before copying it to an insufficiently sized memory buffer.

Attackers can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code in the context of the affected application. Failed exploit attempts will likely cause denial-of-service conditions.

ARM mbed TLS prior to 1.3.22, 2.1.x prior to 2.1.10 and versions prior to 2.7.0 are vulnerable.
