Cisco IOS XE Software is prone to multiple local privilege-escalation vulnerabilities because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input.

A local attacker can exploit these issues to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges on the affected device. This may aid in further attacks.

These issues are being tracked by Cisco bug ID's CSCtw85441, CSCus42252 and CSCuv95370.
