Atlassian Application Links CVE-2017-16860 Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability
Atlassian Application Links is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input.
An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may let the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
Atlassian Application Links prior to version 5.2.7, from version 5.3.0 prior to version 5.3.4 and from version 5.4.0 prior to version 5.4.3 are vulnerable.
