SunOS LibC StrFMon Unspecified Buffer Overflow Vulnerability

An unspecified buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the libc 'strfmon' API function call that is included with SunOS 5.9.

This issue may present a security issue if a program that employs the vulnerable API call is installed setuid/setgid or if the vulnerability is related to processing of untrusted input.
