KillProcess Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

KillProcess is prone to a local buffer overflow vulnerability.

A successful attack allows arbitrary machine code execution with the privileges of the user running KillProcess.

KillProcess 2.20 and prior versions are vulnerable.
