AspSitem Haberler.ASP SQL Injection Vulnerability

AspSitem is prone to an SQL-injection vulnerability. This issue is due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it in an SQL query.

A successful exploit could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database implementation.

AspSitem version 1.83 is vulnerable to this issue; other versions may also be affected.

The reporter of this issue states that version 2.0 of AspSitem is not affected by this issue. Symantec has not confirmed this.
