Discussion

Drupal Workflow Module Multiple HTML Injection Vulnerabilities

The Workflow module for Drupal is prone to multiple HTML-injection vulnerabilities because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input data.

Attacker-supplied HTML and script code would execute in the context of the affected site, potentially allowing the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials or to control how the site is rendered to the user; other attacks are also possible.

These issues affect versions prior to Workflow 4.7.x-1.2 and 5.x-1.2.
