osTicket Malformed Ticket Remote Denial of Service Vulnerability

osTicket is prone to a remote denial-of-service vulnerability because the application fails to properly handle unexpected input.

Successfully exploiting this issue allows remote attackers to corrupt the ticket summary page, denying service to legitimate users.

osTicket 1.6 prior to RC4 are vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
