eMule Operating System User Account Information Disclosure Weakness

eMule is prone to an information-disclosure weakness.

Attackers can exploit this weakness to determine the victim's operating system user account names. Successfully exploiting this issue in conjunction with other latent vulnerabilities may compromise the affected computer.

eMule 0.49 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
