Microsoft Windows Vista is prone to a local security-bypass vulnerability.

Successfully exploiting this issue allows an attacker with physical access to the computer to bypass the 'Shutdown' security setting and to turn off the affected computer.

This issue affects Windows Vista SP1; other versions may also be affected.
