RT 'ShowConfigTab' Security Bypass Vulnerability

RT is prone to a security-bypass vulnerability because it failed to restrict access to global 'RT at a Glance' configuration settings.

An attacker with low-level privileges may exploit this issue to bypass authorization and edit the application's configuration. This may aid in further attacks.

The following are affected:

RT 3.6.2 and later (fixed in 3.6.8)
RT 3.8.0 and later (fixed in 3.8.4)
