Discussion

Sun Ray Server Multiple Vulnerabilities

Sun Ray server is prone to multiple local vulnerabilities, including a privilege-escalation issue and an information-disclosure issue.

Attackers can exploit these issues to execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the 'utaudiod' service, cause denial-of-service conditions, or gain unauthorized access to other users' Sun Ray sessions.

Note that the issues affect only systems with Trusted Extensions enabled.

These issues affect Sun Ray Server Software 4.0 for Solaris 10.
