Adobe Reader and Acrobat Certificate Modification Vulnerability

Adobe Acrobat and Reader are prone to vulnerability that may allow an attacker to modify a certificate. This may aid in social engineering attacks.

Adobe Acrobat and Reader versions *prior to* 8.1.4 and 9.2 are affected.

This issue was previously covered in BID 36638 (Adobe Reader and Acrobat October 2009 Multiple Remote Vulnerabilities), but has been given its own record to better document it.
