Adobe Reader and Acrobat Multiple Unspecified Heap-Based Overflow Vulnerabilities
Adobe Reader and Acrobat are prone to multiple heap-based overflow vulnerabilities.
Successfully exploiting these issues may allow attackers to execute arbitrary code within the context of the affected applications. Failed exploit attempts will result in a denial-of-service condition.
These issues were previously covered in BID 36638 (Adobe Reader and Acrobat October 2009 Multiple Remote Vulnerabilities), but have been given their own record to better document them.
