Mozilla Firefox and Sea Monkey Content Injection Spoofing Vulnerability

Mozilla Firefox and Sea Monkey are affected by a spoofing vulnerability.

An attacker could exploit t this issue to place a legitimate-looking but invalid URL in the location bar and inject HTML and JavaScript into the body of the webpage,

NOTE: This issue was previously covered in BID 37349 (Mozilla Firefox and SeaMonkey MFSA 2009-65 through -71 Multiple Vulnerabilities), but has been assigned its own record to better document it.
