Microsoft Windows is prone to a local privilege-escalation vulnerability in the Client/Server Run-time Subsystem (CSRSS).

A local attacker can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges. Successful exploits may result in the complete compromise of affected computers.
