Discussion

Mozilla Thunderbird Multiple Denial of Service Vulnerabilities

Mozilla Thunderbird is prone to multiple denial-of-service vulnerabilities.

Successful exploits will crash the application or make it unresponsive, denying service to legitimate users. Due to the nature of this issue, it may be possible to leverage this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code but this has not been confirmed.

Mozilla Thunderbird 2.0.0.23 and prior versions are affected. Mozilla also identified SeaMonkey versions prior to 1.1.19 as being affected.
