Mozilla Firefox and SeaMonkey URI drag-and-drop Chrome Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

Mozilla Firefox and SeaMonkey are prone to a privilege-escalation vulnerability.

Attackers can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary JavaScript code with chrome privileges.

NOTE: This issue was previously covered in 39079 (Mozilla Multiple Products March 30, 2010 Remote Vulnerabilities) but has been assigned its own record to better document it.
