Discussion

eazyPortal HTML Injection and Multiple Unauthorized Access Vulnerabilities

eazyPortal is prone to an HTML-injection vulnerability and multiple unauthorized access vulnerabilities.

An attacker may leverage the HTML-injection issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may allow the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials, control how the site is viewed, and launch other attacks.

An attacker may exploit the unauthorized access vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access to the application; other attacks are also possible.

eazyPortal 1.0 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
