Adobe Flash Player (CVE-2010-2172) Remote Denial of Service Vulnerability

Adobe Flash Player and AIR are prone to a remote denial-of-service vulnerability.

Attackers can exploit this issue to crash the application, denying service to legitimate users.

This issue affects Flash 9 on UNIX operating systems.

NOTE: This issue was previously covered in BID 40759 (Adobe Flash Player 10.0.45.2 and AIR 1.5.3.9130 Multiple Remote Vulnerabilities) but has been given its own record to better document it.
