Discussion

GnuPG 'GPGSM Tool' Certificate Importing Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

GnuPG is prone to a remote code execution vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input.

An attacker may exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code in the context of the vulnerable application.

GnuPG 2.x versions prior to and including 2.0.16 are vulnerable.
