FMOD Ex is prone to a remote stack-based buffer-overflow vulnerability.

Attackers can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code in the context of the user running an application that uses the affected engine. Failed exploit attempts may result in a denial-of-service condition.

FMOD Ex 0.4.6.16 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
