Free Discussion Forums HTML Injection and Authentication Bypass Vulnerabilities
Free Discussion Forums is prone to an HTML-injection vulnerability and an authentication-bypass vulnerability.
An attacker may leverage these issues to gain unauthorized access to the affected application and allow attacker-supplied HTML and script code to run in the context of the affected browser, potentially allowing the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials or to control how the site is rendered to the user. This may allow the attacker to launch other attacks.
Free Discussion Forums 1.0 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
