Imlib Heap Corruption Vulnerabilities

Imlib is a library that allows for X11 programs to use images of various file formats.

There a number of instances in Imlib where corruption of the heap may occur. The conditions are triggered by malformed image files.

This may have security implications due to the fact that many images come from untrusted sources.
