Oracle Database Server is prone to a remote SQL-injection vulnerability.

The vulnerability can be exploited over the 'Oracle Net' protocol. For an exploit to succeed, the attacker must have 'Execute on DBMS_CDC_ PUBLISH' privileges.

Attackers can exploit this issue to execute SQL statements with the privileges of the 'SYS' user.

This vulnerability affects the following supported versions:
10.1.0.5, 10.2.0.4, 11.1.0.7, 11.2.0.1
