Discussion

OTRS Multiple Unspecified Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerabilities

OTRS is prone to multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities because it fails to properly handle user-supplied input.

An attacker may leverage these issues to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site and steal cookie-based authentication credentials.

OTRS versions prior to 3.0.7 and 2.4.10 are vulnerable.
