VMware ESXi and ESX Socket Exhaustion Remote Denial of Service Vulnerability

VMware ESXi and ESX are prone to a remote denial-of-service vulnerability because the applications fail to handle certain network packets.

An attacker can exploit this issue to prevent further connections to the host, triggering a denial-of-service condition.
