Discussion

LibreOffice '.lwp' File Multiple Remote Stack Buffer Overflow Vulnerabilities

LibreOffice is prone to multiple remote stack-based buffer-overflow vulnerabilities because the application fails to perform adequate boundary checks on user-supplied input.

Attackers may leverage these issues to execute arbitrary code in the context of the application. Failed attacks will cause denial-of-service conditions.

LibreOffice 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 are vulnerable; prior versions may also be affected.
