There is a flaw in the Microsoft Outlook Express for the MacOS which will allow any user with a valid profile in OE to view the email of any other user.

Microsoft Outlook Express for MacOS "Change Current User" Vulnerability

Solution:
Microsoft's Macintosh Business Unit claims that this will be fixed in the next version of OE being designed for the MacOS 'Sonata' release.
