Gringotts Multiple Buffer Overflow Vulnerabiltiies

Gringotts is a graphical utility designed to provide a scratch pad for sensitive information. Data is encrypted before being written to disk. Gringotts is designed for the Linux operating system.

Multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities have been reported in some versions of Gringotts. While full details are not available, it is likely that exploitation may, in some cases, allow the execution of arbitrary code as the Gringotts process, possibly with elevated privileges.
