Drupal Shorten URLs Module Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability
The Shorten URLs module for Drupal is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied text.
An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may help the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
Shorten URLs 6.x-1.x versions prior to 6.x-1.13 and 7.x-1.x versions prior to 7.x-1.2 are vulnerable.
