Drupal Apache Solr Autocomplete Module Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability
The Apache Solr Autocomplete module for Drupal is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied text.
An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may help the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
The following versions are vulnerable:
Apache Solr Autocomplete 6.x-1.x versions prior to 6.x-1.4
Apache Solr Autocomplete 7.x-1.x versions prior to 7.x-1.3
