Discussion
Eventy CMS Cross Site Scripting, HTML Injection, and SQL Injection Vulnerabilities
Eventy CMS is prone to an HTML-injection vulnerability, an SQL-injection vulnerability, and multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input.
Exploiting these issues could allow an attacker to run malicious HTML and script codes, steal cookie-based authentication credentials, compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying database.
Eventy CMS 1.8 is vulnerable; other versions may be affected.
