Discussion
Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Multiple Security Vulnerabilities
Cisco Wireless LAN Controller is prone to the following vulnerabilities because it fails to sanitize user-supplied data:
1. A cross-site request-forgery vulnerability
2. An HTML-injection vulnerability
3. A denial-of-service vulnerability
These issues are being tracked by Cisco Bug IDs: CSCud50283, CSCud65187, and CSCud50209.
Exploiting these issues may allow a remote attacker to perform certain unauthorized actions, execute arbitrary script or HTML code within the context of the browser, steal cookie-based authentication credentials, and cause the application to crash, denying service to legitimate users.
Cisco Wireless LAN Controller 7.2.110.0 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
