Puppet is prone to a security-bypass vulnerability.

Successfully exploiting this issue will allow attackers to bypass certain security restrictions and perform unauthorized actions.

The issue is fixed in Puppet versions 2.6.18, 2.7.21, 3.1.1, and Puppet Enterprise versions 1.2.7, 2.7.2.
