Apple iOS CVE-2013-3950 Stack Based Buffer Overflow Vulnerability

Apple iOS is prone to a stack-based buffer-overflow vulnerability because it fails to properly bounds-check user-supplied data before copying it into an insufficiently sized buffer.

Successful exploits may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the affected application. Failed exploit attempts will likely result in denial-of-service conditions.

Apple iOS 5.1.x and 6.x through 6.1.3 are vulnerable.
