FFmpeg 'matroska_read_header()' Denial of Service Vulnerability

FFmpeg is prone to a denial-of-service vulnerability.

An attacker can exploit this issue to cause the application using the affected library to crash, denying service to legitimate users.

NOTE: Issues related to out-of-bound memory access have been moved to BID 63936 (FFmpeg Prior to 2.1 Multiple Remote Vulnerabilities) to better document them.
