Solution:
The vendor has stated that CVS versions of Web-cyradm are not vulnerable to this issue. It should also be noted that CVS versions of Web-cyradm are unstable and caution is advised before installing and deploying on production systems.

Web-cyradm 0.5.3 will be released in the near future and is not vulnerable to this issue.
