Discussion
TYPO3 Multiple Security Vulnerabilities
TYPO3 is prone to the following security vulnerabilities:
1. An arbitrary file-upload vulnerability
2. Multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities
3. An information-disclosure vulnerability
Attackers can exploit these issues to obtain sensitive information, upload arbitrary files, execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This can allow the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
TYPO3 6.1.7 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.

Exploit / POC
TYPO3 Multiple Security Vulnerabilities
An attacker can exploit these issues using a web browser. To exploit the cross-site scripting issue, an attacker must entice an unsuspecting user to follow a malicious URI.
The following example URIs are available:
http://www.example.com/typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/mod4/select_image.php?&RTEtsConfigParams=[XSS]
http://www.example.com/typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/mod4/select_image.php?act=plain&bparams=[XSS]
