Schneider Electric OPC Factory Server Local Stack Buffer Overflow Vulnerability

Schneider Electric OPC Factory Server (OSF) is prone to a local stack-based buffer-overflow vulnerability because they fail to properly validate user-supplied input before copying it into a fixed-length buffer.

Attackers can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code in the context of the application. Failed exploit attempts will result in a denial-of-service condition.
