Multiple TIBCO Products CVE-2014-2542 Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability

Multiple TIBCO Products are prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability because they fail to properly sanitize user-supplied input.

An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may let the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.

The following products are vulnerable:

TIBCO Rendezvous 8.4.1 and prior
TIBCO Messaging Appliance 8.7.0 and prior
TIBCO Substation ES 2.8.0 and prior
