NETGEAR DGN2200 ADSL Router Web Interface HTML Injection Vulnerability
Netgear DGN2200 is prone to an HTML-injection vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it in dynamically generated content.
An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This can allow the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials and to launch other attacks.
Netgear DGN2200 1.0.0.29_1.7.29 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
