BNC IRC Proxy Multiple Session Denial of Service Vulnerability

The BNC IRC Proxy is prone to a denial of service condition. This appears to occur when two accounts connect to the service from the same IP address. When the second connected user disconnects from the service followed by the first connected user, the service will fail.
