CesarFTP Remote CWD Denial of Service Vulnerability

CesarFTP is prone to a denial-of-service vulnerability. Reportedly, an attacker may crash a target server by supplying excessive data as the argument to the 'CWD' command. This may cause the server to hang, effectively denying service to legitimate FTP users.
